Duration: 3 hours
Suitable for: Team managers and non-managers.
This is a practical workshop where participants learn a tried-and-tested technique, and practice it together in pairs or threes.
Outcomes: managers will have the knowledge, skills and confidence to effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities with a successful outcome. Employees will work collaboratively and have the confidence to ask relevant questions, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Effective Communication:
The Art of Giving Feedback
Duration: 3 hours
Suitable for: Team managers and non-managers.
Participants learn the difference between aggressive, passive-aggressive and assertive language, and the effect they can have on the recipient.
This is a practical workshop where participants learn a tried-and-tested technique for giving and receiving feedback, and practice together in pairs or threes.
Outcomes: participants will feel confident giving and receiving constructive feedback in a positive way, resulting in higher levels of motivation and performance. Issues will be addressed quickly, avoiding the need to escalate to higher levels of management or HR.
